Electron Beam Machines Three of the five machines are CNC capable. This provides the operator with the option of programming unique weld patterns or precise angles, which are not always possible with manual controls. K&D Company has chamber extensions for parts which are abnormally long and require extra room. These extensions range in size to a maximum of 7 feet. Utilization of multi-spindles saves time and reduces costs because parts can be welded faster without the necessity to reload the machine with a new part after every weld. All the machines have a regulated power supply. The machines range in power from 7.5KW to 25KW. |
